Limited Warranty
|
|
|

|
We guarantee our work on all work performed by us at our shop for a period of one year from date of completion of work without defects of material or workmanship with the following exceptions:
- Breakage of any springs, weight cables or chains, and damage caused thereby
- Evidence of tampering or alteration to the work performed by Cameron Clock Repair
- Partial repairs at our shop are warranted for one year only to the extent of the work performed. Exceptions above apply.
- No performance or durability warranty is made for wooden clock movements or parts.
- Service charges for unauthorized repairs will not be paid by Cameron Clock Repair.
- Cameron Clock Repair cannot be held liable for damages not directly connected to the work it performs.

Terms
|
|
|
|
|
|
Anyone submitting a clock to Cameron Clock, LLC alleges to be the owner or authorized agent of the owner of the clock and releases Cameron Clock Repair, LLC from any liability for said clock except as agreed by these terms.
Unless previous arrangements are made, full payment is due upon completion of work. The clock may be retained by Cameron Clock Repair, LLC pending full payment.
Any open account not settled within 30 days will be subject to service charges in the amount of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on the principal due.
In the event any charges remain unpaid 90 days following the completion of the work, Cameron Clock Repair, LLC may, but is not obligated to, sell the clock at public or private sale.
In the event of non-payment, the customer shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees. Cameron Clock Repair, LLC nor its agents accept any liability for loss or damage to the receipted clock or articles resulting from shipment, transportation, fire, theft, or any other cause beyond its control.

Guarantee
|
|
|
|
|
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. All clock repairs done at our shop are guaranteed for one year, labor and parts.
|
|
|
|
|
Labor performed while the clock is under guarantee will be free of charge. Parts are also guaranteed for one year, and if found to be defective within the guarantee period, will be replaced free of charge.
|
|
|
|
|
Please note these limitations: the guarantee is void if the clock has been abused or misused, oiled, sprayed with "WD-40" or a similar lubricant, or if the clock has been tampered with in any way, or if someone else, qualified or not qualified, attempts a repair. The guarantee does not cover suspension spring damage or chime selector lever damage. It does not cover a clock that has fallen off of a wall, or been tipped over, or one that has suffered other abuse or damage beyond our control. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Refunds
|
|
|
|
|
We do not give refunds for services performed. But we will do everything we can to insure your satisfaction. We realize that a happy customer is a repeat customer. If we are unable to complete restoration services on your clock due to circumstances beyond our control and deem that a refund is appropriate, then one will be issued within 90 days.

Missed Appointments
|
|
|
|
|
We operate on an appointment basis in order to insure you receive 100% of our attention. If you cannot keep an appointment we require 24 hour notice so that we can give another client the opportunity to schedule an appointment. If you miss an appointment and do not give 24 hours notice we will bill you for one hour at our regular hourly shop rate. If you have any questions about this policy please ask.

We request contact information when web site visitors send clocks to us for repairs. All information provided to us is for our use only and is kept confidential. Any business related e-mail sent to us is kept confidential. We never give, exchange, or sell visitor e-mail addresses, domain names, or other contact information to any other persons, businesses, or organizations. We will not answer any verbal or written inquiries pertaining to, nor will we comment on or engage in conversations regarding the personalities, ethics, competency, reputations, pricing, or business dealings of other persons, web sites, repair shops, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, or businesses of any type. We keep completely confidential:
- Your clock's presence in our shop
- The repair amounts that we charge, and that you agree to pay
- Your identity. No-one, aside from you and our shop will be privy to:
- Our business transaction
- The type of clock you own or its value
- Your personal information
